Western Power Pool; Notice of Petition for Waiver

    Take notice that on June 9, 2023, Northwest Power Pool d/b/a 
Western Power Pool (WPP or Petitioner), filed a petition for waiver of 
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) requirement to 
provide its FERC Form No. 3-Qs for 2023 on the basis that WPP was not a
