Cybersecurity Industry Consortium
(‘‘ACIC’’) has filed written notifications
simultaneously with the Attorney

membership. The notifications were

Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages

Specifically, Ford Motor Company,

withdrawn as parties to this venture.
With the withdrawal of these parties,
ACIC has no remaining members and
will dissolve effective June 1, 2023.
