sought a renewal of this information
collection and published a notice in the
Federal Register on March 28, 2023, at
88 FR 18348 with a 60-day public
comment period. No comments were
received. At that time, the information
collection had not expired, and MSPB is
now seeking a reinstatement and
renewal of this information collection.
The purpose of this 30-day notice is to
notify the public that MSPB will submit
the information collection abstracted
below to OMB for review and clearance.
