The Federal Aviation
Administration, in cooperation with the
National Park Service, published a
document in the Federal Register on
May 18, 2023, regarding the
development of Air Tour Management
Plans for Haleakala¯ National Park,
Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park,
Mount Rushmore National Memorial,
and Badlands National Park pursuant to
the National Parks Air Tour
Management Act of 2000 and its
implementing regulations. The
document contained incorrect dates
regarding the comment deadlines on the
draft ATMPs and draft EAs.

June 20, 2023, by 8:00 p.m. HST. For
