EPA is issuing this notice to inform all submitters of information to EPA under all sections of TSCA that EPA will provide this contractor with access to these CBI materials on a need-to-know basis only. All access to TSCA CBI under this contract will take place at EPA Headquarters, the contractor’s site, located at 2067 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02140, and at telework locations of EPA and contractor personnel in accordance with EPA’s TSCA CBI Protection Manual and the Rules of Behavior for Virtual Desktop Access to OPPT Materials, including TSCA CBI. The purpose of these meetings is for the IWG–HABHRCA to provide updates on the assessment of harmful algal blooms (HABs) and hypoxia in South Florida, including a presentation of progress to-date as well as next steps, as is required by the South Florida Clean Coastal Waters Act of 2021.
