The notification was processed in accordance with the regulations of the FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (88 FR 4806, January 25, 2023). On May 12, 2023, the applicant was notified of the FTZ Board’s decision that no further review of the activity is warranted at this time. N.V. and Electrolux Home Products de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (collectively, Electrolux). On March 2, 2023, Commerce published the preliminary results of this administrative review and invited interested parties to comment.1 On April 3, 2023, we received a case brief on behalf of Electrolux.2 We received no other comments from interested parties on the Preliminary Results. Commerce conducted this administrative review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Scope of the Order 3 International Trade Administration [A–201–842] Large Residential Washers From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021– 2022 Enforcement and Compliance, International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce. AGENCY: The products covered by the Order are all large residential washers and certain subassemblies thereof from Mexico. The products are currently classifiable under subheadings 8450.20.0040 and 8450.20.0080 of the Harmonized Tariff System of the United States (HTSUS). Products subject to this Order may also enter under HTSUS subheadings 8450.11.0040, 8450.11.0080, 8450.90.2000, and 8450.90.6000. Although the HTSUS subheadings are provided for convenience and customs purposes, the written description of the merchandise subject to this scope is dispositive.4 Analysis of Comments Received We addressed all issues raised in the interested party’s case brief in the Issues and Decision Memorandum accompanying this notice.5 A list of the issues raised by parties, to which Commerce responded in the Issues and Decision Memorandum, is provided as an appendix to this notice. The Issues and Decision Memorandum is a public document and is on file electronically via Enforcement and Compliance’s Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Centralized Electronic Service System (ACCESS).
