2014. They take anti-seizure medication
with the dosage and frequency
remaining the same since November
2014. Their physician states that they
are supportive of Jeffrey Raddatz
receiving an exemption.
In accordance with 49 U.S.C. 31136(e)
and 31315(b), FMCSA requests public
comment from all interested persons on
the exemption petitions described in
this notice. We will consider all
comments received before the close of
business on the closing date indicated
under the DATES section of the notice.

The Internal Revenue Service,
as part of its continuing effort to reduce

invites the general public and other
Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on continuing
information collections, as required by
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
The IRS is soliciting comments

reserves safe harbor.

Revenue Procedure Number: 2004–19.
Abstract: Revenue Procedure 2004–19
requires a taxpayer to file an election
statement with the Service if the
taxpayer wants to use the safe harbor to
estimate the taxpayers’ oil and gas
properties’ probable or prospective
reserves for purposes of computing cost
depletion under § 611 of the Internal
Revenue Code.
Current Actions: There are no changes
to burden.
