hearing on June 6, 2023. This hearing
will afford an opportunity for any

reduced proportionately, if necessary, to
afford all participants who have

opportunity to be heard. Submission of
written statements must include the

address, email, and telephone number.
The statement must be typewritten,
double-spaced, and may not exceed ten
(10) pages.

allotted for each presentation. The
agenda will be available at the time of
the hearing.

Needs and Uses: This information
collection is necessary to identify any
special medical (DD Form 2792) and/or
educational (DD Form 2792–1) needs of
military dependents. The purpose of
this information collection is to (1)
enroll sponsors into the Exceptional
Family Member Program (EFMP), (2)
consider the special needs of family
members and the availability of medical
and educational services through the
EFMP assignment coordination process
and the Family Member Travel
Screening (FMTS) process, and (3)
advise civilian employees about the
availability of medical and educational
services to meet the special needs of
their family members in overseas
locations. Local and state school and
early intervention personnel complete
DD Form 2792–1 for children requiring
special educational services. The DD
Form 2792 and DD Form 2792–1 are
also used by TRICARE Managed Care
Support Contractors to support a family
member’s application for further
entitlements, and other Service-specific
programs that require enrollment in the

the Defense Health Board (DHB) will
take place.

p.m. Eastern time.

Purpose of the Meeting: The DHB

information briefings on current issues
related to military medicine.
