agreements with their foreign owners or
custodians for temporary display in the
exhibition ‘‘The World Outside: Louise
Nevelson at Midcentury’’ at the Amon
Carter Museum of American Art, Fort
Worth, Texas; the Colby College
Museum of Art, Waterville, Maine; and
at possible additional exhibitions or
venues yet to be determined, are of
cultural significance, and, further, that
