under the Social Security Act, Section
303(a)(6). The data reported on the ETA
207 provides current information on the
volume and nature of nonmonetary
determinations and denials under state
Unemployment Insurance (UI),
Unemployment Compensation for
Federal Employees (UCFE), and
Unemployment Compensation for ExService Members (UCX) programs. For
additional substantive information
about this ICR, see the related notice
published in the Federal Register on
January 17, 2023 (88 FR 2638).
This information collection is subject
to the PRA. A Federal agency generally
cannot conduct or sponsor a collection
of information, and the public is
generally not required to respond to an
information collection, unless the OMB

notwithstanding any other provisions of
law, no person shall generally be subject
to penalty for failing to comply with a
