Title: Advanced Manufacturing
Production Credit.
OMB Number: 1545–2306.
Form Number: Form 7207.
Abstract: This form is used to claim
the advanced manufacturing production
credit under section 45x for eligible
components produced by the taxpayer
and sold during the tax year in the
taxpayer’s trade or business to an
unrelated person.
Current Actions: IRS is making
revisions to the form and instructions to
include Inflation Reduction Act of 2022
provisions for Tax Year 2024.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations.
Estimated Number of Respondents:
1,000.
Estimated Time per Respondent: 3 hrs
and 56 mins.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
Hours: 3,930 hours.
