Fiscal Year 2023 Budget Amendment
The ASC convened a Special Meeting
to vote on a budget amendment in the
amount of $267,065 to the ASC’s Fiscal
Year 2023 budget. The vote passed 6–0
with the FDIC abstaining.

terms of the consent order—embodied
in the consent agreement—that would
settle these allegations.

hereby given that the above-captioned
consent agreement containing a consent
order to cease and desist, having been
filed with and accepted, subject to final
approval, by the Commission, has been
placed on the public record for a period
of 30 days. The following Analysis to
Aid Public Comment describes the
terms of the consent agreement and the
allegations in the complaint. An
