The Commission also found that the respondent interested party group responses from China, Germany, India, South Korea, and Switzerland were inadequate but determined to conduct full reviews of the orders on imports from those countries in order to promote administrative efficiency in light of its determination to conduct a full review of the order with respect to Italy.
