Abstract: Section 922 of chapter 44 of
title 18 requires persons wishing to be
licensed under a new business address
to complete ATF Form 5300.38 to
certify compliance with the provisions
of the law for the new address.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 10,000
respondents will utilize the form
annually and it will take each
respondent approximately 30 minutes to
complete their responses.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated annual public
burden associated with this collection is
5,000 (hours) which is equal to 10,000
(total respondents) * 1 (# of response
per respondent) * .5 (30 minutes).
(7) An Explanation of the Change in
Estimates: The annual cost has
increased due to a change in the postal
rate from $0.50 during the last renewal
in 2019, to $0.63 in 2023. Subsequently,
the public cost burden increased by
$1,300 from $5,000 in 2019 to $6,300 in
2023.

will respond to this collection annually,
and it will take each respondent
approximately 2 hours to complete their
responses.

100 hours, which is equal to 50 (# total
respondents for this IC) * 2 hours (120
minutes i.e. the total time per response).

Notice is hereby given that, on
February 9, 2023, pursuant to section
6(a) of the National Cooperative
Research and Production Act of 1993,
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’),
National Fire Protection Association
(‘‘NFPA’’) has filed written notifications
simultaneously with the Attorney
General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing additions or
changes to its standards development
activities. The notifications were filed
for the purpose of extending the Act’s
provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, NFPA has provided an
