Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’). Therefore, I amend my declaration of January 15, 2023, to authorize Federal funds for debris removal and emergency protective measures at 100 percent of the total eligible costs for a continuous 30-day period of the State’s choosing within the first 120 days of the incident period.
