Latino Museum Internship and
Fellowship Initiative. Such an initiative
was authorized for creation by the
National Museum of the American
Latino Act in 2020 (20 U.S.C. 80u(f)(2)).
The Act authorized the creation of a
new Smithsonian National Museum of
the American Latino as well as
programs of financial support at the
Institute of Museum and Library
Services.
The 60-day Notice was published in

Summary of Application: Applicants
request an order to permit certain
registered closed-end investment
companies to issue multiple classes of
shares of beneficial interest with varying
sales loads and to impose asset-based
distribution and/or service fees.
