Tres Palacios Gas Storage LLC; Notice of Revised Schedule for

    This notice identifies the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 
staff's revised schedule for the completion of the environmental 
assessment (EA) for Tres Palacios Gas Storage LLC's (Tres Palacios) 
Cavern 4 Expansion Project. The first notice of schedule, issued on 
January 6, 2023, identified April 14, 2023, as the EA issuance date 
based upon receiving timely information from Tres Palacios. Staff-
requested information needed by January 31, 2023 was not provided by 
Tres Palacios until March 17, 2023. Due to the delay in providing the 
necessary requested information, staff has revised the schedule for 
issuance of the EA.

schedule is otherwise established by Federal law.

    If an additional schedule change becomes necessary, a notice will 
be issued so that the relevant agencies are kept informed of the 
project's progress.
