700 feet above the surface within a 3.7-mile radius of the airport. In 
addition, Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the 
surface is established within an area 1.9 miles each side of the 
134[deg] bearing from the airport, extending from the 3.7-mile radius 
to 9.4 miles

southeast from the airport, and within 3.4 miles each side of the 
346[deg] bearing from the airport, extending from the 3.7-mile radius 
to 7.7 miles northwest of the airport. This airspace is designed to
