WBI is selling these facilities to Kentex Worland, LLC (Kentex). WBI states that no service to any customer will be interrupted or otherwise adversely affected by the abandonment of the facilities described above. Upon the sale of the facilities to Kentex, the facilities would not be used to provide FERC-jurisdictional natural gas service. Kentex intends to utilize the facilities for gas gathering purposes.
