following determinations: I hereby
determine that certain objects being
imported from abroad pursuant to an
agreement with their foreign owner or
custodian for temporary display in the
exhibition ‘‘Gold Bust of Marcus
Aurelius from Avenches’’ at the J. Paul
Getty Museum at the Getty Villa, Pacific
Palisades, California, and at possible
additional exhibitions or venues yet to
be determined, are of cultural
significance, and, further, that their
temporary exhibition or display within
the United States as aforementioned is
in the national interest. I have ordered
that Public Notice of these
determinations be published in the
Federal Register.

Abstract of Proposed Collection
The Smart Traveler Enrollment
Program (STEP) makes it possible for
U.S. Citizens and Nationals to register
on-line from anywhere in the world. In
the event of a family emergency, natural
disaster or international crisis, U.S.
embassies and consulates rely on this
registration information to provide
registrants with critical information and
assistance. One of the main legal
authorities for use of this form is 22
U.S.C. 2715.
Methodology
Ninety-nine percent of responses are
received via electronic submission on
the internet. The service is available on
the Department of State, Bureau of
Consular Affairs website https://
travel.state.gov at https://step.state.gov/
step/. The paper version of the
collection permits respondents who do
not have internet access to provide the
information to the U.S. embassy or
consulate by fax, mail or in person.
