    The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under the 
Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. 10, that the Advisory 
Committee on Former Prisoners of War will conduct a hybrid meeting (in-
person and virtual) on April 26, 2023 through April 27, 2023 at various
