On March 16, 2023, the Commission
issued an order in Docket No. EL23–31–
000, pursuant to section 206 of the
Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C.
824e, instituting an investigation into
whether Commonwealth Edison
Company’s formula rate protocols are
unjust, unreasonable, unduly
discriminatory or preferential, or
otherwise unlawful. Commonwealth

The refund effective date in Docket
No. EL23–31–000, established pursuant
to section 206(b) of the FPA, will be the
date of publication of this notice in the
Federal Register.
Any interested person desiring to be

intervene, as appropriate, with the

AmeriPro Energy Corp.’s application for
market-based rate authority, with an
accompanying rate tariff, noting that
such application includes a request for
blanket authorization, under 18 CFR
part 34, of future issuances of securities
and assumptions of liability.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
