that appropriate arrangements can be
made to allow necessary time during the
meeting for such statements. In view of
the possibility that the schedule for
ACRS meetings may be adjusted by the

conduct of the meeting, persons
planning to attend should check with
the cognizant ACRS staff if such
rescheduling would result in major
inconvenience.
An electronic copy of each
presentation should be emailed to the
cognizant ACRS staff at least one day
before the meeting.

On November 16, 2022, the Financial
Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
(‘‘FINRA’’) filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (‘‘Commission’’),
pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934
(‘‘Exchange Act’’) 1 and Rule 19b–4
thereunder,2 a proposed rule change to
require members to (i) publish order
routing reports for orders in OTC Equity
Securities, and (ii) submit their order
routing reports for both OTC Equity
Securities and NMS Securities to FINRA
for publication on the FINRA website.
The proposed rule change was
published for comment in the Federal
Register on December 6, 2022.3 On
January 18, 2023, the Commission
extended the time period within which
