Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA) that the California Advisory
Committee (Committee) will hold a
virtual business meeting via ZoomGov
on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 1
p.m.–2:30 p.m. Pacific. The purpose of
the meeting is to review and discuss the
latest draft of their report on the civil
rights implications of AB5.

Federal Advisory Committee Act, that
the Ohio Advisory Committee
(Committee) to the U.S. Commission on
Civil Rights will hold a briefing via web
conference. The purpose of the briefing
is to hear testimony on the source of
income discrimination in housing in
Ohio. Additional briefings may be
scheduled at the Committee discretion,
throughout the Spring of 2023.
