ACTION: The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting this Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)-sponsored information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). Public comments on the ICR are invited. DATES: The OMB will consider all written comments that the agency receives on or before April 7, 2023. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This ICR seeks to extend PRA authority for the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA), as amended collection. VEVRAA requires contractors to take affirmative action to employ, and advance in employment, qualified protected veterans. VEVRAA applies to Federal contractors and subcontractors with contracts of $150,000 or more.
