Take notice that on February 17, 2023,
National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation
(National Fuel) 6363 Main Street,
Williamsville, New York 14221, filed a
prior notice request pursuant to
Sections 157.205, 157.208, and 157.213

the Natural Gas Act and the blanket
certificate issued by the Commission in

authorized effective the day after the

Interventions
Any person has the option to file a
