SUMMARY: This is a notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the Havasupai Tribe (FEMA-4681-DR), dated December 30, 
2022, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated December 30, 2022 the President issued a major disaster
