(the ‘‘Stafford Act’’), in a letter to Deanne Criswell, Administrator, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security, under Executive Order 12148, as follows: ddrumheller on DSK120RN23PROD with NOTICES1 I have determined that the damage in certain areas of the State of California resulting from severe winter storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides beginning on December 27, 2022, and continuing, is of sufficient severity and magnitude that special cost sharing arrangements are warranted regarding Federal funds provided under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’). Therefore, I amend my declaration of January 14, 2023, to authorize Federal funds for debris removal and emergency protective measures, including direct Federal assistance, at 100 percent of the total eligible costs for 60 days from the start of the incident period.
