Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’). Therefore, I amend my declaration of January 14, 2023, to authorize Federal funds for debris removal and emergency protective measures, including direct Federal assistance, at 100 percent of the total eligible costs for 60 days from the start of the incident period.
