in connection with a pricing action
under a contract must make all records
available to the contracting officer, or its
authorized representative, including
computations and projections related to
the proposal for the contract,
subcontract, or modification; the
discussions conducted on the
proposal(s), including those related to
negotiating; pricing of the contract,
subcontract, or modification; or
performance of the contract, subcontract
or modification. Also, this clause
requires contractors to make all records
available to the Comptroller General of
the United States, or an authorized
representative, to examine any of the
contractor’s directly pertinent records
involving transactions under the
pertinent contract or subcontract. This
clause allows the Comptroller General
to interview any current employee
regarding such transactions.
The information must be retained so
that audits necessary for contract
surveillance, verification of contract
pricing, and reimbursement of
contractor costs can be performed. This
information collection does not require
contractors to create or maintain any
record that the contractor does not
maintain in its ordinary course of
business.

HRSA, regarding objectives, strategies,
policies, and priorities for HIV, viral
hepatitis, and STD prevention and

surveillance; (2) epidemiologic,
behavioral, health services, and
laboratory research; (3) identification of
policy issues and opportunities related
to prevention and treatment including

determinants of health, research, and
prevention and treatment services; (4)
strategic issues influencing the ability of
CDC and HRSA to fulfill their missions;
(5) development and implementation of
federal programs focused on prevention
and treatment; and (6) provide support
to the agencies in their response to
emerging health needs.
Matters To Be Considered: The agenda
will include discussions on (1) sexual
health, (2) equitable scale-up of
interventions, (3) mpox, and (4) youth
and STD testing. Agenda items are
subject to change as priorities dictate.
