The USPTO is extending the written comment period until March 10, 2023, to ensure that all stakeholders have a sufficient opportunity to submit comments on the questions presented in the November 7, 2022, notice. Comments previously submitted to the docket through the Federal eRulemaking Portal do not need to be resubmitted. Any comments sent directly to the USPTO after the close of the previous deadline of February 6, 2023, must be submitted through the Federal eRulemaking Portal before the newly extended deadline to be given full consideration.     On 2/23/2022, the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind 
or Severely Disabled published notice of proposed additions to the 
Procurement List. This notice is published pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 8503 
(a)(2) and 41 CFR 51-2.3.
    After consideration of the material presented to it concerning 
capability of qualified nonprofit agencies to provide the service(s) 
and impact of the additions on the current or most recent contractors, 
the Committee has determined that the service(s) listed below are
