Amendment of federal advisory committee charter. AGENCY: ACTION: The DoD is publishing this notice to announce that it is amending the charter for the Education for Seapower Advisory Board (E4SAB). SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The DoD is amending the charter for the E4SAB in accordance with chapter 10 of title 5 (commonly known as the ‘‘Federal Advisory Committee Act’’ or ‘‘FACA’’)) and 41 CFR 102–3.50(d).
