Your input will help the Commission staff determine what issues they need to evaluate in the EA. Commission staff will consider all written comments during the preparation of the EA. This notice is being sent to the Commission’s current environmental mailing list for this Amendment. State and local government representatives should notify their constituents of this proposed Amendment and encourage them to comment on their areas of concern. E:\FR\FM\08FEN1.SGM 08FEN1
