Our Grants Management Official (GMO) anticipates using the policies in 2 CFR 200 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in SSA’s Grants Administration Manual. We anticipate the multiple cooperative agreements that we award may cover September 2023 through September 2028. Section 1110 of the Social Security Act authorizes these cooperative agreements.
