Children and Families (ACF), U.S.

Services (HHS), is proposing to renew
the collection of expenditure estimate
forms for the tribal child support
enforcement program through an
optional financial reporting form, Tribal
Budget and Narrative Justification
Template (Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) #: 0970–0548; expiration
date June 30, 2023). No changes are
proposed.
SUMMARY:
Comments due within 60 days of
publication. In compliance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, ACF is soliciting
public comment on the specific aspects

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Description: To receive child support
funding under 45 CFR part 309, tribes
and tribal organizations must submit the
financial forms described in 45 CFR
309.130(b) and other forms as the
Secretary may designate, due no later
than August 1 annually. This optional
template is designed for tribes operating
an approved tribal child support
enforcement program to use in
preparing their annual budget and
narrative justification estimates in
accordance with the tribal child support
enforcement regulations. The optional
Tribal Budget and Narrative Justification
Template helps improve efficiency and
establish uniformity and consistency in
the annual budget submission and
review process. Tribes may use the
Excel or Word version of the template
to submit the required financial
information.

Organizations administering a tribal
child support program under title IV–D
of the Social Security Act.

The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA or Agency) is
announcing the issuance of Emergency
Use Authorizations (EUAs) (the
Authorizations) for certain medical
devices related to the Coronavirus
Disease 2019 (COVID–19) public health
emergency. FDA has issued the
Authorizations listed in this document
under the Federal Food, Drug, and
Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). These
Authorizations contain, among other
things, conditions on the emergency use
of the authorized products. The
Authorizations follow the February 4,
2020, determination by the Secretary of
Health and Human Services (HHS) that
there is a public health emergency that
has a significant potential to affect
national security or the health and
security of U.S. citizens living abroad
and that involves the virus that causes
