A person or party who wishes to
protest one or more plats of survey
identified in this notice must file a
written notice of protest within 30
calendar days from the date of this
publication with the Wyoming State
Director at the above address. Any
notice of protest received after the
scheduled date of official filing will be
untimely and will not be considered. A
written statement of reasons in support
of a protest, if not filed with the notice
of protest, must be filed with the State
Director within 30 calendar days after
the notice of protest is filed. If a notice
of protest against a plat of survey is
received prior to the scheduled date of
official filing, the official filing of the
plat of survey identified in the notice of
protest will be stayed pending
consideration of the protest. A plat of
survey will not be officially filed until
the next business day following
dismissal or resolution of all protests of
the plat.
Before including your address, phone
number, email address, or other
personal identifying information in your
protest, you should be aware that your
entire protest—including your personal
identifying information—may be made
publicly available at any time. While
you can ask us to withhold your
personal identifying information from
public review, we cannot guarantee that
we will be able to do so.

public at a cost of $4.20 per plat and
$0.15 per page of field notes. Requests

The boundary of Petroglyph
National Monument is modified to
exclude four parcels of land from the
monument boundary which contain
private homes and property, totaling
8.37 acres and to include two parcels of
land containing 3.78 acres, located in
Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Upon
publication of the Notice, the National
Park Service will accept, by donation, a
perpetual easement (3.47 acres) from
Albuquerque Public Schools (APS). The
other tract to be included in the
boundary (0.31 acres) is already
federally owned.
DATES: The effective date of this
boundary revision is January 23, 2023.

modified to exclude four (4) tracts
totaling 8.37 acres of land and expanded
to include two tracts (2) totaling
approximately 3.78 acres of adjacent
unimproved land. The boundary
revision is depicted on Map No. 354/
179645, dated September 2022.
Public Law 101–313 section 102(c)
authorizes minor revisions of the
boundary, after completion of the
general management plan for the
monument, by publishing a revised map
or other boundary description in the
Federal Register. The general
management plan for Petroglyph
National Monument was completed in
1996. This boundary revision will
ensure the preservation and protection
of the Monument’s historic and cultural
landscape resources and provide public
access into the Petroglyph National
Monument.

review an initial determination (‘‘ID’’)
(Order No. 31) of the presiding
administrative law judge (‘‘ALJ’’)
granting a joint motion to terminate the
investigation as to the remaining
respondents based on a consent order
stipulation. The Commission has
entered a consent order against
respondents Boart Longyear Group Ltd.;
Boart Longyear Limited; Boart Longyear
Company; Boart Longyear
Manufacturing and Distribution Inc.;
Longyear TM, Inc.; Globaltech
Corporation Pty Ltd.; Globaltech Pty
