Abstract: Form 14767 is used to
authorize the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) to prepare a tax compliance report
that discloses confidential tax
information to a third-party appointee
for Federal employment.
Current Actions: Form 13362 was
used by Personnel Offices for external
applicants to allow IRS to disclose taxrelated information to the Office of
Personnel Management for suitability
determinations. This form has been
obsoleted and replaced by Form 14767.

currently approved collection.

return to be made by any person who
