Following completion of the draft EIS, APHIS will publish a notice of availability and request for public comments. APHIS expects to make the draft EIS available for public review and comment by November 2023. After the 45-day public review and comment period, APHIS will revise the draft EIS, as appropriate, and complete the final EIS. APHIS anticipates that the final EIS will be made available to the public by October 30, 2024.
