a supplement to its environmental
impact statement (EIS) to evaluate the
environmental impacts of subsequent
license renewal (SLR) of Renewed

action. The comment period was
originally scheduled to close on January
18, 2023. The NRC has decided to
extend the public scoping period to
allow more time for members of the
public to develop and submit their
comments.
The due date of comments in the
document published December 19, 2022
(87 FR 77643) is extended. Comments
should be filed not later than February
2, 2023. Comments received after this
date will be considered if it is practical
to do so, but the NRC is able to ensure
consideration only for comments
received on or before this date.
