The Board is a multi-agency body with representation from a chair and two public members who are appointed by the Secretary of the Interior with the concurrence of the Secretary of Agriculture. The Board includes representatives of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and U.S. Forest Service.
