This notice amends the notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
Seminole Tribe of Florida (FEMA–
4675–DR), dated September 30, 2022,
and related determinations.

amended to include permanent work
under the Public Assistance program for
those areas determined to have been
adversely affected by the event declared
a major disaster by the President in his
declaration of September 30, 2022.

follows:
I have determined that the damage in
certain areas of the Seminole Tribe of Florida
resulting from Hurricane Ian beginning on
September 23, 2022, and continuing, is of
sufficient severity and magnitude that special
cost sharing arrangements are warranted
regarding Federal funds provided under the
Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and
Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et
seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’).
Therefore, I amend my declaration of
September 30, 2022, to authorize Federal
funds for debris removal and emergency
protective measures, including direct Federal
assistance, under the Public Assistance
program at 100 percent of the total eligible
costs for an additional 30-day period through
November 22, 2022.
