published in the Federal Register on
June 13, 2019 (84 FR 27662). In
accordance with those procedures, oral
or written views may be presented by
members of the public, including

representatives of the nuclear industry.
Persons desiring to make oral statements
should notify Quynh Nguyen, Cognizant
ACRS Staff and the Designated Federal
Officer (DFO) (Telephone: 301–415–
5844, Email: Quynh.Nguyen@nrc.gov), 5
days before the meeting, if possible, so
that appropriate arrangements can be
made to allow necessary time during the
meeting for such statements. In view of
the possibility that the schedule for
ACRS meetings may be adjusted by the
Chairman as necessary to facilitate the
conduct of the meeting, persons
planning to attend should check with
the cognizant ACRS staff if such
rescheduling would result in major
inconvenience.
An electronic copy of each
presentation should be emailed to the
cognizant ACRS staff at least one day
before the meeting.
In accordance with Subsection 10(d)
of Public Law 92–463 and 5 U.S.C.
552b(c), certain portions of this meeting
may be closed, as specifically noted
above. Use of still, motion picture, and
television cameras during the meeting
may be limited to selected portions of
the meeting as determined by the
Chairman. Electronic recordings will be
permitted only during the open portions
of the meeting.

ACTION: Monthly notice.
AGENCY:
Pursuant to section 189.a.(2)
of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as
amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) is
publishing this regular monthly notice.
The Act requires the Commission to
publish notice of any amendments
issued, or proposed to be issued, and
grants the Commission the authority to
issue and make immediately effective
any amendment to an operating license
or combined license, as applicable,
upon a determination by the
Commission that such amendment
involves no significant hazards
consideration (NSHC), notwithstanding
the pendency before the Commission of
a request for a hearing from any person.
This monthly notice includes all
amendments issued, or proposed to be
issued, from November 4, 2022, to
December 8, 2022. The last monthly
notice was published on November 29,
2022.
DATES: Comments must be filed by
January 26, 2023. A request for a hearing
or petitions for leave to intervene must
be filed by February 27, 2023.

Proposed No Significant Hazards
Consideration Determination
For the facility-specific amendment
requests shown in this notice, the
Commission finds that the licensees’
analyses provided, consistent with
section 50.91 of title 10 of the Code of
Federal Regulations (10 CFR) ‘‘Notice
for public comment; State
consultation,’’ are sufficient to support
the proposed determinations that these
amendment requests involve NSHC.
Under the Commission’s regulations in
10 CFR 50.92, operation of the facilities
in accordance with the proposed
amendments would not (1) involve a
significant increase in the probability or
consequences of an accident previously
evaluated; or (2) create the possibility of
a new or different kind of accident from
any accident previously evaluated; or
