SUMMARY: Virginia has scheduled a special election on February 21, 
2023, to fill the U.S. House of Representatives seat in the 4th 
Congressional District held by the late Representative A. Donald 
McEachin. Committees required to file reports in connection with the 
Special General Election on February 21, 2023, shall file a 12-day Pre-
General and a 30-day Post-General Report.
