licensee filed a revised Upstream Boat
Barrier Debris Management Plan for
approval on November 30, 2022,
pursuant to the Commission’s July 28,
2022, letter addressing Debris
Management at the Holtwood
Hydroelectric Project and Article 40 of
the project license. The plan addresses
monitoring, maintenance, removal, and
disposal of debris at the project’s
upstream boat barrier.
