II. Discussion On October 3, 2022, the NRC received an application for the renewal of Facility Operating License Nos. NPF–87 and NPF89, which would authorize Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra, the applicant) to operate CPNPP, Units 1 and 2 for an additional 20 years of operation beyond the period specified in each of the current licenses (ADAMS Accession No. ML22276A082).
