ACTION: Notification of public meeting. AGENCY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), EPA herby provides notice of a meeting for the Local Government Advisory Committee (LGAC) and the Small Communities Advisory Subcommittee (SCAS) on the date and time described below.
