Federal Register / Vol. 87, No. 226 / Friday, November 25, 2022 / Notices
Total estimated burden: 353,000
hours (per year). Burden is defined at 5
CFR 1320.3(b).
Total estimated cost: $60,700,000 (per
year), which includes $1,400,000 in
annualized capital/startup and/or
operation & maintenance costs.
Changes in the estimates: The
decrease in burden from the mostrecently approved ICR is due to an
adjustment(s). There is an adjustment
decrease in the total estimated burden
as currently identified in the OMB
Inventory of Approved Burdens. This
decrease in labor hours is not due to any
program changes. Instead, the decrease
is due to a decrease in the number of
respondents to reflect facility closures,
corrections to the burden associated
with familiarization with regulatory
requirements for existing sources, and
corrections to the number of facilities
performing dioxin/furan testing based
on the current number of respondents.
There is a decrease in the operation and
maintenance (O&M) costs due to the
decrease in the number of respondents
over the past three years.
