SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the National Shipper 
Advisory Commission (NSAC), pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee 
Act.

DATES: The Committee will meet in-person at the offices of Port of 
Oakland, in Oakland, CA, on December 8, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 
p.m. Pacific Time. Please note that this meeting may adjourn early if 
the Committee has completed its business.
