Flounder, Scup and Black Sea Bass
Advisory Panel to discuss 2023
recreational management measures for
each species. The purpose of this
meeting is to review the Monitoring
Committee’s recommendations for 2023
recreational management for all three
species and to provide Advisory Panel
input on 2023 recreational management
measures.
