Year Association (GYA) has filed
written notifications simultaneously
with the Attorney General and the
Federal Trade Commission disclosing
additions or changes to its standards
development activities. The
notifications were filed for the purpose
of extending the Act’s provisions
limiting the recovery of antitrust
plaintiffs to actual damages under
specified circumstances. Specifically,
the 2023 Gap Year Program Standards
have been ratified by GYA’s Standards
and Accreditations Committee.
On June 6, 2012, GYA filed its

6(a) of the Act. The Department of
